Kevin Kozo

President and CEO

His extensive knowledge of the industry comes from early exposure in his youth which led him to pursue a 20 year career in residential home building. It was with this experience that Kevin decided to create Turnberry Construction Group in 2005, catering to the upscale custom home market. Turnberry Construction Group has proved to be an incredibly rewarding business to own in an industry that he is passionate about and has afforded Kevin the opportunity to create and model a company based on his ideals and values. Being involved in each project from inception to completion, ensures that Kevin's clients remain a priority throughout the building process, leaving them with not only a beautiful and well crafted home, but a positive and memorable experience as well.

Erin Hulmes

Operations and Accounting

Organized, detail-oriented, and highly focused, Erin wears many hats and is considered an implementer, playing a crucial role in Turnberry’s operations. Erin oversees everything, including accounting, administration, human resources, and business management. Erin's extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting, combined with her diverse skill set, makes her a valuable asset to Turnberry Construction Group.

Fred Gender

Project Manager

A dedicated professional with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on efficiency, Fred actively addresses client needs and excels as a proactive team player. With a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering projects within budget, he possesses a broad skill set that enhances his reputation for problem-solving and innovative solutions. Fred’s experience includes managing home remodeling projects, developing a Natural Resource Management Plan, building community partnerships, and managing nature preserves. As a lifelong learner, Fred is committed to continuous professional development and is excited to deliver and contribute to exceptional results for clients.

Chris Smith

Head Carpenter

As a skilled professional with a strong focus on craftsmanship and client satisfaction, Chris brings extensive experience in home repair and remodeling. Having operated his own painting and remodeling business and worked across both residential and commercial settings, he applies a hands-on approach backed by solid project management expertise. This allows him to efficiently handle a broad range of tasks, from electrical and plumbing to carpentry, flooring, and drywall. Chris is dedicated to delivering high-quality results tailored to each client’s specific needs and remains passionate about providing exceptional service and innovative solutions in every project he undertakes.

Nick Kozo

HVAC Technician

Nick graduated from Governor Mifflin in 2023 and continued his education at Berks Technical Institute. With his skills and dedication in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), Nick occasionally lends a helping hand to the Turnberry team on various projects, contributing his expertise and enthusiasm to our work.

Beau

Chief Happiness Officer (CHO)

Beau was born on October 2nd, 2018, with big dreams of spreading joy in the construction industry. As a certified therapy dog, Beau's job is to bring smiles and laughter to everyone he meets. With his occasional visits, Beau turns client meetings into moments filled with happiness, laughter, and a whole lot of fun. He's not just a team member; he's a furry bundle of positivity.

Bean

Assistant Happiness Officer (CHO)

Bean was born on May 15, 2024, and has just joined the team after being adopted from the Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue. Though new to the office, Bean is already showing signs of becoming a true source of joy and comfort. With her playful energy and loving personality, she’s eager to start bringing smiles to everyone she meets. Bean is excited to follow in the paw-steps of her fellow team members, ready to turn any workday into one filled with warmth, fun, and plenty of tail wags.
